These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goembank.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of the Site only — they do not govern any Embank product or service, which is provided under separate agreements.
Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about ACH origination and related topics. Content on the Site, including summaries of the Nacha Operating Rules and Federal Reserve ACH processing schedules, is provided for general information only and may be simplified or become out of date. It is not legal, financial, compliance or other professional advice, and the current published rules and schedules govern.
No offer; not a bank
Embank Financial is a payment technology company. It is not a bank, does not accept deposits, and does not provide deposit accounts or insured banking services. Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to provide banking services, or a guarantee of eligibility, pricing or settlement timing.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos and design — are owned by Embank Financial or its licensors and are protected by law.
